Pathway to Harmony, Inc. was founded by Sensei L. Rick Butler to address the issues of stress, apathy, frustration, anger and violence that have a profoundly negative impact on our communities; and to motivate youth and adults to enhance their quality of life (click About Us and Mission). 
Butler sensei has been selected to be one of "Chicago's Very Own" by WGN TV Channel 9 for his work with youth and adults.

The Pathway to Harmony Aikido Program is taught at the Japanese Culture Center located at 8512 S. Cicero, Burbank, IL , and the West Communities - YMCA, located at 6235 South Homan , Chicago, 60629.
